Hot Yoga Flow
flexibility - balance - relaxation
A mix of spirituality, stretching and strength training to the rhythm of your own breathing and chill r&b. The class takes place in a dimly lit room so that you can focus on your own feelings and not compare yourself with others. We make yoga more inclusive and modern and don't use complicated asanas or sanskrit names in our practices. During the class you will release the clamps in your back and neck, relax your mind and establish a new connection with your body.

The lesson takes place in a room heated to 35°C with a humidity of 45% - a "Bali" microclimate - for better stretching and efficacy. Additional bonuses: detoxification of the body through sweat, improvement of the blood and lymph circulation and skin nutrition.
What shoul I bring with me?
Light workout clothes and flip flops for showering. We provide free towels for the class and your shower afterwards. You can also buy single use flip flops for 15 UAH.
Hot Pilates
muscle definition - mobility - strength
Pilates is a physical practice that will improve your strength, flexibility, posture and balance by combining intensity and awareness of movement during the class. Pilates is a full body workout that awakens your nervous and digestive system, stimulates blood and lymph circulation, and works your inner muscles for a strong and energetic body.

Jumping
endurance - balance - strength
Dynamic cardio workout that works your abs, glutes and legs without hurting your knees and lower back. Voted the most effective cardio workout for burning calories by NASA. Improves endurance (we promise that after jumping you will fly up the stairs), circulatory and lymphatic systems and your mood :)

The class is held on mini-trampolines - 35 minutes of cardio work of various intensities and 20 minutes of power block on mats + stretching at the end.

What should I bring with me?
Boxing
strength - mobility - endurance
We took boxing out of the sweaty male basements and turned it into a trendy group training where we only fight the bag. A 35-minute dynamic cardio boxing block relieves stress and trains endurance, while a 20-minute strength block works on muscle strength and definition.

Gloves for the lesson are provided by the studio, wraps must be individual (can be purchased at the studio). We provide boxing wraps for your first class.
Workout clothes, comfortable sneakers, boxing wraps. The studio provides boxing gloves free of charge and you can also buy boxing wraps from us.

Our most intense class for those days when you truly feel super. A full body workout with extra weight that will make you sweat and work your every muscle.


SuperBooty Functional
Your booty will truly be super after this workout. Circuit workout with extra weight for bouncy glutes and strong abs.
Workout clothes, comfortable sports shoes (sneakers and outdoor shoes are not suitable) and flip flops for the shower. We provide a shower towel free of charge. You can also buy disposable flip flops from us for 15 UAH.

A relaxing stretching class for body and mind - ideal for muscle recovery after intense workouts. The class is accompanied by a calm anti-stress playlist and is led in a dimly lit room which contributes to relaxation and immersion in your inner state. The class takes place in a room warmed up to 35°C with a humidity level of 45% - "a Bali microclimate" for better stretching.
